Meet the
Betsee crew

We’re not just designers and developers. We’re information seekers. We dive into the depths of your brand – to work out exactly what makes it tick. But now’s your chance to find out what makes us tick…

Sari Schmidt

Founder &
Creative Director

What’s your role at Betsee?

As the first port of call for our clients, I work across all areas of the business, from scoping and quoting to execution and delivery. Always with the user-experience front of mind, I also collaborate closely with our partners – including copywriters, SEO specialists and photographers – to give our clients a first-class, seamless solution.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

I love the diversity of the businesses and industries we get to learn about. It really is fascinating. But for me, nothing beats the elation in our clients’ voices when they first see our design concepts. I love knowing they’re over-the-moon with our work.

What’s your guilty pleasure?

Skipping my morning yoga to go to a café for breakfast. Did someone say smashed avo?

Benji Radovsky

Web Developer &
Technical Architect

What’s your role at Betsee?

I spend my days building websites and solving any technical challenges that crop up.

Proficient in many programming languages, I build complex custom functionalities, and perform software integrations for our clients.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

There’s nothing more satisfying than transforming a design into a pixel-perfect website.

What’s your guilty pleasure?

The casual nature of my work lets me enjoy Track-Pants-Tuesdays (…and Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays too).

Nicole Carn

Graphic Designer

What’s your role at Betsee?

I take a client’s vision – and transform it into a modern, striking and user-friendly design.

Whatever the project, I put deep thought into every design to ensure it reflects the brand and achieves our clients’ marketing objectives. I always design with purpose.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

Every day is different. A different client, a different project, a different design challenge. I love diversity and am grateful to be working in a business that offers so much of it.

What’s your guilty pleasure?

I buy too many house plants. Surely you can never have enough succulents, right?
